Financial Security is a false concept that developed in society based on the idea that security comes from the perceived reliability of a regular or planned paycheck. Many people, believing in the commitment of their corporations to their well-being, have found themselves downsized, layed-off, outsourced, transferred, or, in some cases, even fired. The immediate reality becomes harshly apparent and sadly disappointing.
The bottom line is that Big Corporations will always be focused on their bottom line. As a dependent corporate employee, you are subject to the whims of the corporation. You have absolutely no control over how much you earn, where you work, the longevity and reliability of your income, or your position. You are simply a number. At any given moment, some nameless pencil-pushing number-cruncher, can deem that you are no longer an asset to the company and, rather, have become a liability. At any given moment, it can be deemed that you no longer factor into the profitability of the corporation - and you're OUT. They don't care if you have a mortgage to pay, 3 kids in college or a new shiny car with a hefty payment. They don't care that you've come in early for the last 9 years or given 20 years of your life to them. The bottom line is that you don't effect the bottom line in a positive way...so you're OUT.
Do you realize that after 40 years of working a J.O.B, 63% of people find themselves financially dependent on their children or government subsidies. 29% never even made it to retirement, 3% are still working, 4% are financially stable and only 1% of people are independently wealthy.
What separates the people in the 1% from everyone else? They are self-reliant and most are self-employed.
True Financial Security is belief in yourself and your ability to instinctively create income for yourself at any time, anywhere. Entrepreneurs understand true Financial Security. We're self-reliant, creative, independent and solution focused. We know that at any given time, regardless of the economy, trends, timing, etc. that we have the skills, know-how, and guts to create our life. We refuse to be dependent on or subject to the whims or decisions of corporations, rather establishing ourselves as corporations, producing our own incomes through commitment, service and sheer motivation. We are Financial Security and as such we reap the rewards.

If you are financially secure but you are looking for a way to make some extra money for the future you are in luck. The economy has put the housing market at an all time low. This is good for you because property is way below market value, this means that any properties that you decide to invest in you are going to get for a great price. Since you have the money to tie up into the investment you can hold onto the properties until the market cycles to a higher point.
If you do not have extra money right now but you are still hoping to take advantage of the real estate world then flipping houses would be right up your alley. Flipping a house can be done with little to no money. All you need to do is find the property that you like, contract it under the lowest price possible, and turn around and resell it before your contract runs out. Anything that you get for the property over your contracted amount goes straight into your pocket.
With both ways to make money in the real estate world it is next to impossible not to find something that will work for you. Take your time and never jump into any deal without thinking about it. Go over any contract that you enter into with a fine tooth comb to make sure you know what you are getting into. Start making money with real estate today.
Your business could be based online, or off-line. The Internet can be used to market both businesses.
Let's dive in and take a brief look at how to start business and some of the ways to make money online.
Can be very profitable, if you focus on this. A lot of people are very naive when becoming an affiliate for a product. They see the high payouts, all the glossy material the website gives you to promote it, and they think it will be an easy ride. They set up a 'review' website with fake testimonials. Don't get me wrong you could earn money being an affiliate this way. But why make life hard for yourself? There are ways to make being an affiliate easy. With the ways I am about to tell you, you can really make your money grow ...
You need to find a profitable niche to promote to. A niche where people are already buying, and 'hungry' for products. Let's pick one from the top of my head - 'How To Play Guitar'.
If you have a look on Google, and do some keyword research on overture, you'll see this is an active niche. Money is being spent, things are being talked about etc. Now, I urge you not to dive blindly into this. Think of what your mission is before taking it on.
HUNGRY TRAFFIC LOOKING TO BUY. WEBSITE SHOWS THEM WHAT TO BUY. HUNGRY TRAFFIC BUYS.
Right, the system above is affiliate marketing in its simplest form. You need to get between the traffic and the product. There are many ways of doing this:
Google AdWords Quick and targeted, but costs! Research your keywords.
Article Marketing Not instant, works quite well. Again research keyword and target them with 300-600 word articles. Put your affiliate link in the signature of the article.
Advertising A lot of sites allow advertising, there are also link brokers that distribute your links across partner websites. Costs, but can be effective if shown on the right websites.
Directories Try using sites like Craigs List and USFreeAds for promoting affiliate products.
Forum Signatures Post in related forums and give your sig exposure with affiliate link in. Be careful, some forums don't allow affiliate links. DON'T SPAM!
Adsense Adsense is a nice way of monetizing information you have on a web page, and could work great with the right amount of traffic. The ads are relevant to the content of the web page, so it's 'invited' advertising. Some people make thousands a week off AdSense. That's great. But me? I'm not a big fan.
Adsense is reliant on Google. If they ever shut down your account, that's it. You've got no money, unless you have other streams of income. Google are not likely to shut down your account for no reason, but it happens sometimes, and you have to be prepared in case it ever does. Google also pays what, around a dollar a click normally? I always get around a dollar a click anyway, it does depend on the keywords etc. To get a nice pay out per day you would need a lot of clicks, which means a lot of traffic.
PLUS - I can't help thinking, are web masters LOSING money by letting their traffic go with AdSense? Okay, so they get a dollar for that visitor, but what if they put a related affiliate program ad in place of the AdSense block. They have the chance to make up to 50x more on that click if the visitor buys the product they're promoting.
I've seen some stupid websites that sell their own products, with AdSense blocks dotted around. Are these web masters mad? They are losing potential customers for a dollar.
What's worse, they are losing them to competition! If you have your own products, or affiliate programs to promote, I would NOT use AdSense, at least not as a main source of income for your site.
AdSense is a money maker though, and a clever one too. It should not be ignored. Use it for general topic sites, general community sites and search engines. Even then, if there are opportunities that pay out more than a dollar, use them. IF they're good enough.
What I tend to do, when I'm promoting one of my own products from my site, or promoting affiliate products, is strategically place my ads in places where I feel the visitor would not be interested in anything else. I would rather them click the ad than exit. Good places are right at the bottom of a page; They are searching right down for something they like, and if they haven't found anything they'll hit the bottom of the site. Rather than the visitor clicking away, and going elsewhere, stick some AdSense there. Also, if you have a links page, or related sites, stick a block on there, because if they click on 'links' it's likely they want to leave.
Promote your Website The last step in how to start business is to promote the website, this should be an ongoing job. It should be a daily task. There are many ways it can be done and I'm not going to baby you. Paying for ads is a quick effective way, and if you have the budget, you can put your affiliate master plan into action instantly. You should devote part of your time to SEO, building links and growing content, so that your squeeze page will eventually get organic free traffic.
Once you're getting traffic, you can move onto another niche to be an affiliate in. You can try moving onto a completely diverse niche, or one that's related. Totally up to you, and what you're comfortable with.
Affiliate marketing should be an ongoing practice in your Internet Marketing Business, and you have to remember to focus on niches, and NEVER promote on the front end.
You want their email address and that's it - So you can profit from that same visitor over and over again for as long as you want.
Imagine one niche - 100 subscribers (quite easy to get). You promote a product every week to each of those subscribers with a retail price of $50. You get $30 sale (a normal percentage). You can only expect a small percentage of your list to buy, but as your list grows, so does your buyer percentage! Out of your 100 subscribers, only 5 buy the $50. That's 5 x $30. $150 - every week. Give or take a few dollars. From one niche, on auto pilot for as long as you get new subscribers, and actively promote your website.
Imagine 2 affiliate websites. 10 x $30. $300 a week.
4 affiliate websites. 20 x $30. $600 a week.
I know some very successful marketers with over a 100 affiliate income streams.
100 x $30 = $3000 a week.
What if you super promote your sites, and get double the amount of subscribers, and double the amount of purchases? $6000 a week? $12000 a month. Unbelievable figures, but guess what. It's possible. Aim to do a site a week for a whole year. Spend one day a week promoting them all and adding content. You'll end up with 52 websites, and if you have promoted them correctly, a great lot of subscribers on your mailing lists.
Well, I hope this information has now got you thinking about your own business ideas online.

1.Find your niche. The very first option that I think a blogger should write on is a topic that he/ she feel passionate about and interested in. In order not to run out of inspiration for worthwhile content, you must locate an area of strength, expertise or interest to write about. Your readers must find your posts interesting, educative or entertaining enough. I mean, you must have to give them a good enough reason to want to read your next post. If you love sports, for example, you may decide to write about that. The order reason I recommend that you write about something you 're passionate about is because your feelings and emotion shows through your writings. If you feel indifferent to a many subject but still write about it just for the sake of it, your reader will notice it.
2. Be consistent. If people visit your blog thrice or more without seeing any new thing, they will naturally get the impression that you `re not really serious. After all, they will naturally get the impression that you are not really serious. After all, they get fresh information from other related blogs. So why will they stick to your? It is idea to place at least a post on your blog twice or more weekly and put something there every other day if not a comment, and then maybe something related that you read in the news.
3. Be focused. Write on unique, relevant and helpful topics .your content should not be too short and not too long. Between 300 and 400 words will do for a post. don’t make your readers bored. Avoid spelling errors. Be precise and straight to the point. Be interesting
4. Be responsive. When someone drops a comment on your post, please respond people like to and related with, especially when they are interested in what you do. It gives the impression that you care about their opinions. After all the, blog is created for them. Isn’t it?
5. Content type=ad type. Don’t forget that the content of your post determines the type of ads that Google will place on your site. The first few lines are most important in determining what type of ads will be advertised in your site. So concentrate on the first few lines very carefully. Don't violate copyright laws? Do not copy and post other people’s contents on your blog. It is wildly wrong and must be avoided. Take your time to write your own unique articles. This makes you original and gives your reader the right impression that you know what you`er doing. Come to think of it, how would you feel, if you come to find a post you placed on your site sometimes ago on it and credited to me?

Some of us make huge money. Some make a real big amount. It is as if they have a magic formula. Look at the list of the richest people. Most of the names are repeated year after year. At the same time there are some who are born with great intelligence and manage to only earn their living. They never manage to make big money. Why? What is the secret that makes some people attract money?
What is money attraction?
Is there something like money attraction? We find some people with great charisma. They attract people towards them. Is there something similar with money? Do some people have magnetic pull over money? Yes. It is there. The people who attract money believe that - they deserve to earn big money. They also believe that there is enough money in the world. They are of the opinion that everybody should become rich. They know how to save money and spend it judiciously. They know that they have the intelligence to make huge money. They know how to make business plans that work and they have faith in their plans. You cannot easily change their mind.
On the other hand, a much larger population believes that big money is for others. These people some how come to a conclusion that big money is not in their fate. These people do not believe that they have the intelligence that is superior and they may lose money if they invest in some venture. Somehow this large majority believes in all the factors that drive money away.
Money is in thinking. Money is in confidence. Money is in self-belief and money is in the mind. Believe it and you will earn it.

As the transformation of humanity accelerates we are witnessing the breakdown of the old ways of being and the emergence of a new higher vibration of consciousness. This stirring is being felt by many people. If you are reading this article, no doubt you are one of them. These people are feeling, many for the first time, the innate sense of purpose they have in being here during this time on Earth. They know they have a role in supporting the shift that is occurring. I hear from people everyday who know they have a role, yet they feel uncertain about "how" to get started, especially if it involves launching a business or making major career change. Others are feeling isolated in their purpose and feel a need to connect with like minded peers.
In this amazing time it is important to understand the connection between your practical and tangible business decisions and your higher consciousness and connection to spirit. When you integrate your spiritual purpose with your tangible assets you will create conscious wealth, in all areas of your life.
How? Let's look at wealth first.
Wealth is derived from the root word, well-being. When your well-being is coming from a conscious connection to spirit, everything flows. This is what I call conscious wealth. It is created by the relationships you have in 5 key areas in your life. You must consistently focus on growing and nurturing these relationships as if you were caring for a child, in order to create conscious wealth. Let's explore these critical 5 as if they were individual people in your life. Just for fun we will break you into 5 different people or selves and explore your relationship with each. We will start with the formless and move into form. This is the process of all creation.
1) Spirit - You are a spiritual being having a physical experience. This experience physically, is a direct representation of your spiritual self. Everything you create physically comes from the spiritual realm. In order to have a vibrant healthy relationship with your spiritual self you must invest time in connecting, listening, acknowledging and questioning. Sound familiar? It will if you have partner, kids or close friends! What daily commitments do you have with your spiritual self? Do you meditate? Journal? Pray? Reflect?
2) Intellect - Your mind is in every cell of your body. As you raise your consciousness and let go of blocks and limitations, you will see the effects physically. Many times people are tired or fatigued after major breakthroughs in their belief system. To have a great relationship with your intellectual self you must again invest the time daily, to stimulate the growth and well being of your glorious mind. What do you read? How often? What do you listen to? What words do you speak? Observe closely over the next few weeks. How are you feeding and nurturing your mind? If you watch TV and listen to radio, I challenge you to turn them off for a week and notice the difference in your thoughts and nervous mental energy.
3) Financial - If we removed the part of you that creates and invests money and stood that self in front of you, how would you feel about your relationship? I use the word invest where many people use spend. We never spend anything we invest it in our future and it returns to us in some equally vibrational form. When you invest money in junk food it returns in a fatty high cholesterol form in your body. When you invest money in super food it returns in vitality and health. How are you nurturing your relationship with your financial self? Do you invest in items that support your purpose? Do you sell products and services that provide value to the world in alignment with your spiritual purpose? Invest a few minutes daily to decide where you will place your "green energy" and where you will receive it.
4) Physical - How do you feel about the items in your life? Your home, car, office equipment. More importantly how do you feel about your physical self? I'm not talking about your body, I'm referring to the part of you who chooses the physical items you allow into your life. What process does this self use in making decisions regarding physical purchases. Are they based on aligning with your spiritual self, or are they made from fear and lack? What do you do to grow and nurture the relationship you have with your physical self? Do you sell or donate items you no longer use? Do you clean and maintain the items you love? Is your house and car clean and organized? If your physical self were a child how well would you be parenting?
5) Body - What does your body say about the spiritual expression of who you are? Your body is your temple. Are you honoring it? Do you love, nurture and acknowledge your beautiful structure? Are you investing time daily to support its well being? Do you feed it high quality fuel? Don't buy in to the medical industries plan for your health. This relationship is yours! Stretch, bathe in bubbles, receive massages, manicures and deep conditioning treatments for your hair! Dress well and eat like the King or Queen you are. Love your body!
Does this sound like a lot? When you align with your spiritual truth the need and desire for consumption dissipates. Now don't get me wrong here, I like beautiful things, financial abundance and spa treatments! However once you line up with the truth of who you are, and allow yourself to receive it, you require less "filler".
Fifteen minutes of commitment in each area is a great start toward conscious wealth. Do you know 15 minutes of meditation is equal to an hour of sleep? Add fifteen minutes of yoga while listening to classical or other intellectually uplifting music and you have 3 areas covered! Most of you work and shop fifteen minutes a day so bring conscious thought to those areas, clean an extra 1/4 hour before retiring (your already ahead on your sleep because of the mediation) and you have attended to all five areas. You are tapping in to a powerful consciousness and on your way to a wealth that allows abundance to flow!
